Becoming a Divemaster is the first step along the path of being a dive professional. As a Divemaster, you can lead dives, assist with training courses, and work on a dive boat. Our "On Board" Divemaster trainingcourse will get you ahead in your goal of being a dive professional and provide you with actual experience in the dive industry.

The program consists of four days of diving off our boat alongside our crew, as well as some additional confined water sessions. You DO NOT have to do all four days in a row; you can do them on your schedule within the dive season. Each of the four days you are on the boat, you will be asked to complete portions of the PADI Divemaster Certificationpractical application workshops, assessments, and other assignments.

For those of you interested in shark fishing, May thorugh June are the best times. Mako, blue whalers, threshers and hammer-heads are just a few of the sharks we may encounter. While we don't guarantee fish, shark fishing is almost always good if you go the right time of the year.

Deep sea bottom fishing
This is a great trip for those targeting black sea bass. Bottom fishing allows the angler to hold the rod and reel and provides constant action. We usually anchor on deep wrecks, catching sea bass, tau-tog, flounder and blues. This is a great trip for young anglers and families.

Shark Tagging in Ocean City, MD

Data from shark tagging programs provide valuable information on migration. The need for international cooperation is underscored by the fact that many shark species have wide ranging distributions, frequently traverse national boundaries, and are exploited by multinational fisheries. Shark tagging is also an important means to increase our biological understanding of sharks and to obtain information for rational resource management. The tagging of sharks(and other aquatic animals) provides information on stock identity, movements and migration (including rates and routes), abundance, age and growth (including verification/validation of age determination methods), mortality, and behavior.

Scuba Day Camp is a program that introduces campers to scuba diving and the underwater world. SCUBA Day Camp takes place in a shallow pool facility and is designed to teach kids the basics of scuba diving in a way that is geared towards the way kids minds learn - lots of activities, games and experiences instead of lectures and repetitive exercises. Learning in this environment, surrounded by other campers is the best environment to learn about scuba diving.
